A self-employed worker whose claim for birth and parenthood period for adoptive parents has been denied for failing to pay insurance contributions up to the adoption date, can submit a request to be entitled for reasons of equity.
The request of entitlement for reason of equity is examined based on tests, principles and summaries set forth in the Regulations.
